Blackstone Zucchini¶
A simple summer zucchini side cooked on the Blackstone with olive oil and seasonings. Version: 0.3.0.

Ingredients¶
- 2 to 3 zucchini
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Parmesan, optional
- Lemon, optional
Instructions¶
- Slice the zucchini into planks.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on the Blackstone for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Finish with Parmesan and lemon if desired.
Storage and Leftovers¶
- Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
- Best reheated quickly or chopped into bowls.
