Blackstone Zucchini

A simple summer zucchini side cooked on the Blackstone with olive oil and seasonings. Version: 0.3.0.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 zucchini
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan, optional
  • Lemon, optional

Instructions

  1. Slice the zucchini into planks.
  2. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook on the Blackstone for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  4. Finish with Parmesan and lemon if desired.

Storage and Leftovers

  • Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
  • Best reheated quickly or chopped into bowls.
